First time seeing a Cardiologist. I was very nervous on my first visit but Dr. Bhardwaj did nothing to relieve my nerves. Yes, he was very business like but there did not seem to be any compassion or patience. After ordering 3 different test (with no explanation of what they were for) he dismissed me until the test were completed. I returned for follow up and test results. He told me the results, in only general terms explained them, informed me to take medication and return in 6 months. I tried to ask questions concerning the medication and possible interaction with other things I am taking and my concerns were dismissed with “unless you need the others — don’t take them”. If I had not been told to take the other pills, I would not be taking them, but he had no time or patience to hear my concerns. I wonder if he is always this uncaring or is it that I am female and 70. Yes, i read several articles on possible interactions, but he did not take the time to listen to or address my concerns. Now I am left wondering when and how to take certain things since there could be possible serious reactions. Then as I went to make a follow up appointment for 6 months, I was informed he is leaving and I will have to see a different doctor. Not the best feeling and not a lot of confidence.

This office has been very good to me. Very professional staff--especially Jessica S. She always speaks to me with respect and care. She explains things very clear to me concerning my sister's health and is always responsive in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Patels since January 2012. It is always pleasant and very thorough. Is very aware of my health situation and all the treatments and test. I rate him a 10 out of 10 and recommend him very highly

I was very satisfied with the service except the pet scan and echo test were both painful, but received good results from follow up with Dr Patel the following week. The pet scan was painful and I had to sit in wait room 15 minutes before I felt ok to drive home.

Very attentive. She is my first cardiologist to have recognized a specific danger associated with my congenital bicuspid aortic valve, and she issued a strong warning that I avoid lifting heavy weights — even though my replacement valve is functioning fine.

Office is well organized. Wait time is low. Atmosphere is very cheerful and caring. Dr Ahuja takes his time and explains results in a manner that is easy to understand. I have confidence in his abilities and judgment and am glad to have him

I have and will continue to come to Cardiology Associates for treatment. The front desk and the nurse/technicians have always been great. But not all parts are great. The Echo technician complained about the front staff when conducting the Echo. When I checked out I was not provided a lab request the doctor ordered. Calling lately to the office has been a really long delay....but the person who finally answered was very helpful, friendly and sympathetic. As for the warmth exhibited by the doctor....lets just say that I asked that they put in my file not to be scheduled with him again. All in all, a mixed result but the staff has always been outstanding.

The front desk staff and Dr. Kanuri are very friendly and knowledgable. Dr. Kanuri does takes her time to explain everything and make sure questions are answered and understood. My only gripe is the wait time. My first appointment I was asked to check-in at 9:30 for a 10am appt which I did. I got called back at 10:30 and then waited in the exam room until 10:50. My second appointment I also waited 40+ minutes to see the doctor (appt for testing was more efficient). I’m not sure what the issue is but it’d be nice if they reevaluate their scheduling to ensure patients aren’t waiting more than 15 minutes. Other than that its a great practice. New location isn’t as busy (still a long wait) and very clean.
