Maiyeshia McFadden is a Physician Assistant (PA-C) at Cardiology Associates of Frederick, serving adults in and around Frederick, Maryland. 

With a strong background in diagnosing and treating a wide range of cardiovascular conditions, Maiyeshia works closely with patients and the healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans. She is committed to providing compassionate care, from managing chronic heart conditions to offering preventive heart health strategies. In addition to cardiology, she has worked in internal medicine, primary care, and functional medicine.

Maiyeshia holds a BS in Biology from Hampton University in Hampton, VA, and a degree in Physician Assistant Studies from SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn, NY. She is nationally certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
